Chef Natalie Young and EAT have arrived in Summerlin, on the west side of Las Vegas.
I never post photographs of anything in Las Vegas but this is a worthwhile exception.
Open from 8:00 to 3:00 for the best breakfast and lunch anywhere.
This is world-class good.
