Fabio Micucci has been my favorite source for Murano art glass and exquisite Pampoloni silver ever since his beautiful gallery opened on the second floor of Los Angeles’ Pacific Design Center two decades ago.
His exceptional taste was an integral ingredient in the premiere of my design of Wynn Las Vegas 14 years ago.
His newest exhibition, Georgia, assembles an astounding variety of Murano glass forms based on a single Georgia O’Keeffe abstract painting. It marks an important confluence of his Italian heritage with his American home.
My husband, Arthur and I, were privileged to have Fabio guide us personally through this installation of color and light in 100 pieces created by Renzo Ferro, Director, and Maestri Andrea Zilio and Giacomo Barbini.
