I started my Hong Kong day on Shanghai Road searching for baking implements to include as artifacts in a new restaurant project. As always, I was made delirious by the choices, textures and juxtapositions! This is truly a test of separating the forest from the trees.
The day continued with a walk up my favorite wet market streets, Graham Street to Hollywood Road, and a visit to some of my favorite shops.
