My first trip to Munich was an eye-opener. This city of Baroque masterpieces in art, architecture and design is a feast laden with multiple layers of delight.
The Alte Pinakothek and Neue Pinakothek, the Residenz and finally the extravagance and confection of the Asamkirche had my eyes in a fast waltz for two wonderful days (or maybe daze).
Why did I wait so long?
