Arthur and I just arrived in Venice (after canceled flights) in time for the Regatta Storica as guests of Sandrina Rubelli.
We dined on the rooftop terrace of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. This will live forever in memory as one of the most perfect days.
Views were of the roof tops of Venice and the colorful Regatta as it proceeded up the Grand Canal from its start in the Bacino.
The day was perfect and the Rubelli Family the perfect hosts.
After luncheon, we strolled to the family Palazzo Corner Spinelli for Prosecco and Gelato.
