Essential biennial browsing

In Art and history, Travels and events by Roger Thomas

Arthur and I spent the day at Venice’s Biennale with our friends Patti and David Schwartz.
The national pavilions in Venice’s public gardens offer a visual cornucopia! (Belgium’s came first, in 1907, Wikipedia says.)
One of my very favorite ways to spend a day in Venice.
Enjoy!
